Eighteen Days in June, Hardbound

This body of work was made during my 1996 residency at the world-renowned Djerassi Resident Artists Program in Woodside California and was subsequently published in the year 2000 as a fund-raising vehicle for the program’s endowment. With an introduction by former Poet Laureate of the United States under President Bill Clinton, Robert Hass, the collection is a testament to the power of “The Gift of Time” for which the program is known. Made with film that is blind to visible light but sensitive to the infra-red spectrum, these images reach beyond the perceivable to the ineffable world beyond human sight.
